When was Buyorda established?
Buyorda was founded with the vision of providing safe, affordable, and eco-friendly water filtration solutions for every household. With over 15 years of combined experience in water purification technology, our filters are now trusted by families across 50 countries worldwide.
Do Buyorda products have certifications?
Yes. The majority of our refrigerator water filters are IAPMO-certified to applicable NSF/ANSI standards (e.g., 42 / 372).
For other categories (e.g., coffee and kettle filters), products are designed and engineered by Buyorda and manufactured in our audited, ISO-certified facilities. All materials are food-grade and BPA-free, and every batch passes inbound inspection, process control, and 100% pressure & leak testing. We also conduct periodic third-party lab checks and are expanding IAPMO/NSF coverage to additional models.

Do I need to create an account to shop with Buyorda?
No, you don’t need an account. You can checkout as a guest anytime.
However, creating an account allows you to save your details, track orders more easily, and receive member-only updates or discounts.
How do I create an account?
Click on the “Account” icon at the top of our website, then select “Create Account.”
Enter your email, set a password, and you’re ready to go.
How do I place an order?
Find the product you want, choose the pack size, and click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now.”
Proceed to checkout, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over US $50. Orders under US $50 will incur shipping charges as calculated at checkout.
Can I modify my delivery address?
- Before shipping: please contact us as soon as possible at support@buyorda.com to update your address.
- After dispatch: changes are not possible.
Please double-check your address before confirming the order; we can’t cover losses caused by incorrect shipping details.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You can track it directly on buyorda.com or through 17Track.net.
What kind of package will I receive?
All Buyorda filters are shipped in environment-friendly packaging, designed for safe transport and easy recycling.
I bought the wrong filter, can I exchange it?
If the product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement.
Please note: we can’t cover return shipping costs for personal-reason returns.
You sent me the wrong product — what should I do?
Please contact us immediately at support@buyorda.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement shipment and provide a return label for the incorrect product.
What should I do if my filter arrives damaged?
If your filter arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry.
Contact us right away with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or provide further instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.
How do you protect my payment information?
Buyorda uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processors.
We never store or share any sensitive payment information.
