Warranty Policy

This limited warranty applies to Buyorda™ water filtration products purchased from Buyorda or our authorized partners. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

1) What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects under normal, reasonable household use.
  • Leakage, cracked housing, or connector/thread defects.
  • Verified compatibility issues with listed models that cause improper fitting.

2) Warranty Period

  • Filter cartridges: 90 days from delivery for manufacturing defects (does not include performance decline due to local water quality or wear).
  • Accessories / non-consumables: 12 months from delivery.
  • If delivery date cannot be verified, the period starts 30 days after shipment.
  • Coverage applies to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

3) What’s Not Covered

  • Improper installation, misuse, modification, or commercial/industrial use.
  • Clogging or degradation caused by high sediment/rust/minerals in source water.
  • Normal wear & tear or end-of-life performance decline.
  • Accidental damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products from unauthorized or second-hand sources.
  • Indirect losses (e.g., appliance downtime, water interruption).

4) Proof Required

  • Order number, purchase channel, and delivery details.
  • Product label / batch code photos.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue and installation context.
  • For fit issues, include the appliance model and label photos.

5) How to Make a Claim

  1. Submit: Email support@buyorda.com with your order details and issue description.
  2. Approval & RMA: We review within 1–2 business days and, if applicable, issue an RMA and return address.
  3. Pack Safely: Repack the item in its original packaging to avoid transit damage.
  4. Inspect & Resolve: After inspection, we process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days (bank posting may vary).

Important: Returns sent back without prior approval may be refused.

6) Remedies

If the product is confirmed defective under warranty, Buyorda may:

  • Replace with the same or equivalent model;
  • Offer parts or repair guidance;
  • Issue a full/partial refund if replacement is unavailable.

Shipping responsibility: For defects caused by Buyorda, return and reshipment costs are covered by us. For change-of-mind or wrong-model purchases, the buyer pays shipping.

7) Regional Application

  • Applies globally and does not affect any statutory consumer rights.
  • If local mandatory laws conflict with this policy, local law prevails for that part only.

8) Limitations & Disclaimer

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyorda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Third-party brand names are used only for compatibility reference and remain the property of their respective owners.
