Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Worldwide — all orders over US $50 ship free via standard service.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email after dispatch.
  • Multi-item orders may ship separately for faster delivery.

Notes: Delivery times may extend during holidays or customs inspections. Tracking updates usually appear within 24–48 hours. Duties or VAT (if any) are determined by local customs and borne by the recipient.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Contact us before shipment to edit your address.
  • Parcels returned for wrong/incomplete address can be resent or refunded (reshipping at buyer’s cost).
  • If marked delivered but not received, please check with family/concierge and file a carrier claim — we’ll assist.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, please follow the return process below.

Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee — return requests accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened water filters cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used filters, free gifts, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Our Fault vs. Change of Mind

  • Defective / damaged / wrong item: we cover return shipping or send a replacement.
  • Change of mind / wrong model: return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

How to Return

  1. Email support@buyorda.com with order number, reason, and photos/videos if defective.
  2. Receive your RMA and instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ensure the product is safely packed in its original packaging.
  4. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Returns sent back without prior approval may be rejected.

Exchanges

Please place a new order for the desired item and return the unopened product for a refund.

Refund Scope

We refund the product price only. (Shipping is free; optional services are non-refundable. If a parcel is refused or undeliverable, actual return freight may be deducted.)
